Meet Jessica:Jessica graduated from SUNY Cortland with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Adolescent English Education in 2011. She continued her education and received a Master of Science in Educational Technology from Dominican College. Jessica has always been passionate about teaching. She strives to utilize technology and creativity to provide rich educational experiences for her students. As the technology assistant at Sleepy Hollow Middle School and High School, Jessica provides support to teachers and students, teaches technology classes in various grades and subjects, and assists the school district technology specialist with implementing new technology, keeping technology up to date, and providing professional developments.

Meet Valerie:Valerie has a Bachelor of Science in Childhood and Special Education and a Master of Science in Educational Technology. She is currently a Special Education teacher at a Preschool for children with special needs and also heads the preschool’s after school program for school aged children with disabilities. As a way to enhance her teaching, Valerie applies the use of technology into her lessons daily as a way to include all types of learners, enhance the learning experience, and keep learners engaged.
